Crickees ICC World T20, 2009 Prediction Rules


By signing up and participating in the prediction of ICC World T20 matches, users agree to be bound by these rules and conditions.

1. Who may play?

Any entry that fails to provide all required information may be disqualified. Crickees.com assumes no responsibility for incomplete, late or misdirected entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels or for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind.

Crickees.com reserves the right to disqualify any user who does not follow the terms of these Official Rules or who does not abide by the Web Site Terms and Conditions.

2. Prizes

The prizes will be applicable only for the ICC World T20 Matches scheduled to be held from June 5th 2009. The names of the winners will be displayed at Crickees.com as soon as each match is over. The top scorer in each ICC World T20 match will win an attractive T-shirt as the prize.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.

3. GAME RULES

  • Only one entry per match should be made per e-mail address.
  • Predictions should be made before the deadline.
  • Predictions can be made as early as one week prior to the actual match.
  • Points will be awarded based on how accurate your prediction is.
  • The person with most points will be considered to be the winner.
  • When there is a tie the person with the most perfect score will be the winner.
  • If and when disputes arise, the administrator’s decision would be considered final.

4. Winner Notification and Publication

The prize winners will be notified by email, using the details provided by them at Sign up, and the name and suburb of the prize winners will be announced at Crickees.com.

The users who have not provided their photo as well as those who have not updated their basic profile information will not be qualified for the prizes.

Prizes should be claimed within one week of it being declared.

In the event that a prize is unclaimed, the winning entry will be deemed invalid and a new winner will be decided by Crickees.com.

5. General Conditions

Crickees.com, its employees and officers are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:
(i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Crickees.com that may cause the game to be disrupted or corrupted.

Crickees.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the competition, should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the its control, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the game.

Crickees.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the prediction process or who engages in offensive, illegal or objectionable conduct.

In the event of a cancellation, postponement or disruption to any games in the tournament, Crickees.com reserves the right to cancel the competition without awarding the prize, or to modify the competition as it sees fit. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Crickees.com and no correspondence will be entertained.

All entries become the property of Crickees.com. We collect your personal information to process your match prediction entries, and to improve our products and services.
